Banana Bread

 1 cup plain flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp Bicarbonate of soda
 ½ cup sugar
 2 Eggs
 3 tbsp water
 2 cups banana – mashed

Preheat oven to 180°C (350 ˚F / Gas mark 4).

Combine dry ingredients & add egg, water & banana.

Beat until well combined.

Spoon into greased 20 x 10cm loaf tin

Bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
