Banbukeyo Riha (Breadfruit Curry)

 3 cups breadfruit (peeled, cored and diced into 1 inch pieces)
 5 cups water
 3 pieces of 2 inch rampa leaves
 ¼ cups curry leaves
 1 cup onions (finely chopped)
 1 ½ cups coconut milk
 1 tsp chili (finely chopped)
 1 ½ cups smoked tune (sliced) OR 1 can tuna
 1 tbsp ginger (crushed/grated)
 3 cloves garlic (crushed/grated)
 3 slices raw, green mango
 ½ tsp turmeric powder
 Salt to taste

Bring the water to boil in a pot


Add the breadfruit and all the other ingredients, except coconut milk


Cook covered on medium heat until the breadfruit is fully cooked (should be soft when well cooked)


Lower the heat, add the coconut milk and simmer for a minute
