Blueberry Pie

 1 cup all purpose flour
 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
 1 egg (beaten)
 1 tbsp ghee
 ½ cup warm water
 Pinch of salt
 1 can of blueberry filling (450g)

Preheat oven to 320°C

Sift the flour with salt and cinnamon powder

Add the egg and ghee and mix

Add the warm water and knead the mixture until it becomes one smooth ball of dough

Take about 2/3 of the dough and roll out with a rolling pin

Place on a greased/lined pie dish

Pierce the dough with a fork to prevent bumps in the bottom while baking

Spread the blueberry filling evenly on the crust

Take the remaining 1/3 of the dough and roll out with a rolling pin, then cut it into thin strips (about ½ inch in width)

Arrange the strips in a crisscross pattern and meld the edges of the strips to the edges of the bottom crust.

Bake at low heat for about 80 minutes (until the crust is crisp and golden)
