How to make Boiled Breadfruit (Fenukeh'ki Banbukeyo)
Cut the breadfruit into 3 pieces lengthwise
Take off the hard, outer skin using a peeler
Cut out the core; you should be left with concave slices
Place in a vegetable steamer and cook for about 15 minutes. (should be soft to the touch when fully cooked)
