 6 buns (dinner roll size would be good)
 6 tbsp icing sugar
 6 tbsp sweetened, condensed milk
 ½ tsp vanilla extract/essence
 Food colouring (of choice)

Mix the sugar, condensed milk and vanilla

Add a few drops of food colouring to get the desired colour

Using a knife, make two wedges on the buns

Coat insides of the wedges on the bun with the cream

Serve with tea or coffee
