 5 Eggs
 1/2 cup Moringa leaves (Muranga faiy)
 1 medium size Onion (finely chopped)
 1 Chili (finely chopped)
 1 teaspoon Curry leaves (finely chopped)
 1/3 teaspoon Salt
 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
 1/4 cup Lettuce or Kopy Faiy (Perennial Kale)

Wisk the eggs and keep it aside.

Mix the onion, chili, salt, curry leaves, and lemon juice.

Add the eggs, moringa leaves, and lettuce to the mixture and mix again.

Set a pan on medium heat.
