Gabulhi Boakiba is a cake made with tender coconut
Preheat oven to 300 degrees (C)
In a food processor blend all ingredients into a coarse mixture
Grease a baking tray and pour the blended mixture into it
Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for about 45 minutes, until the top turns a golden brown. A dry skewer when inserted will come out clean once it is well baked.
Once done, take out of the oven and let it cool for a 10 – 15 minutes
