Potato Salad

 4 – 5 medium potatoes – peeled, diced into 1 inch cubes
 ½ cup mayonnaise
 3 eggs – hard boiled, cut into cubes
 ½ tsp salt

Boil potatoes until tender, drain and let cool for about 5 minutes.

Add mayonnaise, salt, eggs and mix (gently, so the potatoes and eggs are not squashed).
