Rihaakuru Dhiya

 3 tbsp Rihaakuru
 2 cups coconut milk
 5-6 curry leaves
 1 Onion (medium)
 1 Scotch Bonnet or 5 dried chilies
 ΒΌ cup lemon juice

Finely chop the onions, chilies and curry leaves.

Squish them well and add lime juice.

Add rihaakuru and coconut milk. Mix well.

Add water to dilute (optional)

Serve with rice
