Stand the sausages in hot water for about 10 minutes.
Sift the flour and salt together. Add the vegetable oil, then add the warm water gradually while kneading until you have a dry, smooth dough.
Break the dough into golf-ball sized pieces.
Using a rolling pin, spread the dough ball into a rectangle big enough to roll the sausage in.
Wrap the sausage in the dough and cut into 5 equal pieces.
Deep fry, drain and serve.
