Ingredients

3 cups breadfruit (peeled, cored and diced into 1 inch pieces)

5 cups water

3 pieces of 2 inch rampa leaves

¼ cups curry leaves

1 cup onions (finely chopped)

1 ½ cups coconut milk

1 tsp chili (finely chopped)

1 ½ cups smoked tune (sliced) OR 1 can tuna

1 tbsp ginger (crushed/grated)

3 cloves garlic (crushed/grated)

3 slices raw, green mango

½ tsp turmeric powder

Salt to taste

Directions

1Bring the water to boil in a pot

2Add the breadfruit and all the other ingredients, except coconut milk

3Cook covered on medium heat until the breadfruit is fully cooked (should be soft when well cooked)

4Lower the heat, add the coconut milk and simmer for a minute
