Ingredients

 2 cups powdered binbi (finger millet)
 1 cup grated gabulhi (tender coconut flesh)
 1 cup sugar
 2 eggs (mixed)
 1 cup jasmine water
 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees (C)

Blend the eggs and sugar

Mix the binbi powder with the jasmine water

Gradually pour the egg mixture into the binbi mixture and mix well

Add the cinnamon

Grease a baking tray and pour the mixture into it

Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for about 40 minutes, until the top turns a golden. A dry skewer when inserted will come out clean once it is well baked.

Once done, take out of the oven and let it cool for a 10 – 15 minutes
