2 cups powdered binbi (finger millet)

1 cup grated gabulhi (tender coconut flesh)

1 cup sugar

2 eggs (mixed)

1 cup jasmine water

1 tsp cinnamon powder


1Preheat oven to 300 degrees (C)

2Blend the eggs and sugar

3Mix the binbi powder with the jasmine water

4Gradually pour the egg mixture into the binbi mixture and mix well

5Add the cinnamon

6Grease a baking tray and pour the mixture into it

7Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for about 40 minutes, until the top turns a golden. A dry skewer when inserted will come out clean once it is well baked.

8Once done, take out of the oven and let it cool for a 10 – 15 minutes
