Ingredients
2 cups finely grated cassava
3 cups sugar
2 cups grated gabulhi (tender coconut flesh)
2 tbsp rose water

Preheat oven to 300 degrees (C)

Mix all ingredients together

Grease a baking tray and pour the mixture into it

Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for about 45 minutes, until the top turns a golden. A dry skewer when inserted will come out clean once it is well baked.

Once done, take out of the oven and let it cool for a 10 – 15 minutes
