Ingredients

2 cups finely grated cassava

3 cups sugar

2 cups grated gabulhi (tender coconut flesh)

2 tbsp rose water

Directions

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees (C)

2Mix all ingredients together

3Grease a baking tray and pour the mixture into it

4Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for about 45 minutes, until the top turns a golden. A dry skewer when inserted will come out clean once it is well baked.

5Once done, take out of the oven and let it cool for a 10 – 15 minutes
