Ingredients

4 cups faaroshi (bread rusk) – finely ground

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

2 tbsp rose water

2 tsp vanilla essence

2 cups coconut cream

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180°C (350 ˚F / Gas mark 4).

2Mix the ground rusk, eggs and sugar. Add the rose water, vanilla essence and coconut cream and mix well.

3Grease a baking dish and pour in the mixture.

4Bake for about 45 minutes or until lightly browned
