  • Yields: 8 - 10 Servings


1 cup flour

2/3 cup water

½ salt

1 egg beaten (optional)


1Sift the flour and salt together

2Mix in the egg (if using)

3Mix in the water gradually, while whisking to form a smooth, thin batter

4Heat a skillet over low hear

5When the skillet is warm enough, spread scoops of the batter on the skillet to form thin crepes

6Serve with any curry
