Ingredients

1 cup coconut – scraped/grated

1 Scotch Bonnet (githeyo mirus) – finely chopped

½ cup onion – finely sliced

3 tbsp rihaakuru

½ cup lemon juice

Salt to taste

Directions

1Squash the onions, and scotch bonnet with the rihaakuru, lemon juice and salt.

2Mix in the coconut.

    mix rihaakuru huni with some eggs and murangafaiy (Drumstick leaves) and make omelets out of it. will be very desirable
