Ingredients

3 tbsp Rihaakuru

2 cups coconut milk

5-6 curry leaves

1 Onion (medium)

1 Scotch Bonnet or 5 dried chilies

¼ cup lemon juice

Directions

1Finely chop the onions, chilies and curry leaves.

2Squish them well and add lime juice.

3Add rihaakuru and coconut milk. Mix well.

4Add water to dilute (optional)

5Serve with rice
