Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
Add the oil and mix
Add the water gradually, while kneading
Knead well until you have a large ball of dough that doesn’t stick to the bowl or your hands
Break the dough into tennis-ball size portions
Flatten the balls, dust the rolling board with some flour and roll out the dough into a circle that is about ½ inch thick
Cook on a heated flat skillet, over medium heat
Let one side cook for about half a minute and turn over using a spatula; repeat until both sides are cooked to your liking
