1Preheat oven to 180°C (350 ˚F / Gas mark 4).
2Combine dry ingredients & add egg, water & banana.
3Beat until well combined.
4Spoon into greased 20 x 10cm loaf tin
5Bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
